• Delivery is made from Monday – Friday.

Monday deliveries

• Due to the nature of the contents in our hampers, Monday deliveries are a little
  tricky for us as we do not want our hampers to sit at the delivery depot over the weekend for a Monday delivery.
• Please specify when ordering if this is a
  requirement and we will try to fulfil the delivery, if possible.

Saturday £13.95.

• Orders specified for Saturday delivery incur an extra fee.
• This allows for your hamper to be delivered on a Saturday which may be more
  suitable for the recipient.
• Orders are attempted twice and if not successfully delivered, it will be returned
  to our offices.
• If you required a specific time of delivery, please upgrade to a timed delivery
  slot such as 9am, 10am, or 12 noon (this service is not available in Scotland)

Ireland delivery

• Fruits Hamper cannot be shipped to Ireland. Only Products only hamper can be
  shipped.
• Lead time: 3-7 Days

Our Delivery Stetch to

Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish
Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey).

Overseas Delivery

We do not deliverer outside England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and European countries due to changes to changes brought about by Britain’s exit from the EU legislation following Brexit.

Overseas Tax & Duties

Please note that the above countries, import tax and duties are a requirement
and these are beyond our control. These may have to be paid by the recipient on
delivery of the parcel. Before ordering hampers for overseas deliveries, please
contact our expert customer service specialists. They will be able to assist you
with all the necessary requirements.

Wrong Address

We endeavour to attempt all deliveries with the address provided at the time of ordering. Bear Fruits Hampers will not accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. Please make sure the address for delivery provided is correct. We may not be able to deliver the parcel on time or at all if this occurs. If there is an issue with an address at the time of ordering, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Service Specialist for further assistance.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, due the size and content of our hampers, we cannot deliver to
P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

All deliveries can be tracked. Please provide us with the correct telephone number or email of the recipient as they will be alerted with a delivery message. This service is free to for all our customers. The message will include a link which allows the delivery to be tracked. If a delivery fails or we miss you, we will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If not, the delivery will be taken back to the depot and attempted once more. If this fails, the delivery will be returned to us. We will not be liable for the delivery to be tried again. An addition delivery charge will apply.

Delivery Weights

Our hampers are heavy and weighty, this is one of unique selling points and edge over our competitors. Please be aware that the delivery will be heavy, and the hampers are housed in a big box. Hence why, we receive a ‘WOW’ on delivery. Please mind your back when lifting the box on delivery.

Damaged Delivery or Lost

Please notify us with 24 hours of any damaged or lost delivery, we aim to replace a delivery in such case. Orders reported as damaged or lost after 24 hours will not be replaced. On delivery the recipient can refuse the delivery which will then be returned to us. If not refused and held by the recipient, please return the parcel to us for further analysis and assistance. We will cover the cost
of return by collecting it from the recipient

Orders to non-residential addresses Hotel, Hospitals, Offices, Universities and Schools.

For deliveries for places other than a home address, these may not be delivered to the recipient directly. It will be delivered to the main reception desk or an allocated parcel delivery point. It is difficult to receive a signature from the
recipient in this case. Therefore, Bear Fruits Hampers cannot take any responsibility to locations such as these. Please note that at the time the Parcel is delivered at the location, we are then released from all obligations. We cannot be held responsible for the time, and how the parcel gets to the recipient, also if it does at all. We are sorry to say this. It is very difficult to locate parcels
delivered to such locations once we deliver it there. We will try our hardest to assist if anything should go wrong.

To eliminate such unfortunate circumstances, we advise at the time of ordering that you provide us with as much information as possible such as the exact Hospital details such as ward, floor and recipient’s details name. Also, please make sure the patient will still be at the hospital at the time of delivery and not discharged. We advise contacting the recipient to look out for the parcel and communicate with the delivery desk.

DELIVERY IN A NUTSHELL

– The correct recipient’s details, delivery address details, including postcode, helps us to deliver our hampers on time and smoothy.

– We endeavour to dispatch all orders and have it delivered within 48 hours of orders being placed. Except for next day deliveries.

-Orders received by 1pm Monday to Thursday can be despatched for next day elivery almost anywhere in mainland UK and may be subject to a surcharge.

– Orders received by 1pm on a Friday will be despatched the same day for elivery the following Tuesday (Excluding Bank Holidays) almost anywhere in mainland UK and may be subject to a surcharge.

-We do offer a Saturday delivery service subject to a surcharge. No Sunday delivery service. Orders received by 1pm on a Friday can be despatched the same day for Saturday anywhere in mainland UK and subject to the delivery
surcharge.

– All fresh fruits hampers must be delivered to the address specified or it will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if possible. Please make sure the recipient is available to receive the deliver as Bear Fruits Hampers will not take any responsibility for undelivered packages. 

– Please note that your order is an offer to us, and it is not a confirmation till we
approve the order.
– All orders must be made before 5pm for dispatch and delivery within 48.
